You must give us a minimum planning period of at least one week, but we suggest sending in your details a month early to secure bookings for busy venues. Use the box at the end to fill in any extra important information you think we need to know and please be as detailed with this as possible (surprise party, hen do, never visited Leeds before etc.)

We’ll review your details and arrange an informal chat over the phone to give us a further insight into what you’re looking for. You
can also decide from speaking to us if you think we’re the right
people to plan your time in Leeds. If you do, we’ll take a 50% deposit and immediately begin putting a plan together for you.
You’ll also be able to take advantage of exclusive Life in Leeds discounts and benefits with various venues.

We will then put a plan together for you with suggested venues
depending on your individual needs. If anything changes during this time (dates, length of stay etc.) please email us to let us know and we will make amendments accordingly.

CHECK OVER THE PLAN AND GET BOOKING
As soon as the plan is ready, we will email to request the final
payment. We will then send you your personalised agenda via PDF straight to your phone with various suggestions. Any suggestions where we can offer discounts or additional benefits will be highlighted. All you do then is show your agenda at the venue to receive your exclusive discount. It’s that simple!
So, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty, what does it cost?
We charge a small fee of £5 per person per night. A standard cocktail costs more than that and if you do choose to use our service you’ll be able to take advantage of exclusive discounts throughout your stay, so you’ll actually be in pocket! (more money to spend on that inevitable round of shots you’re going to surprise everyone with and then instantly regret).
We really hope you choose our service to help you make the most of your time in Leeds. We’re a very down to earth bunch that really do love where we live and want to share our years of experience of eating, drinking and dancing in this city to help you love it too. We’re just a normal group of pals that love being out and about and we’re not pretending to be something we’re not. If you’re looking for a type of experience that we don’t have the knowledge to help you with, we’ll tell you there and then on the phone.
